Shipping Policy

**Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping/processing announcements.**

Order Processing

Unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar, we process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please note that orders may not be processed or shipped on any public U.S. holidays.

Shipping

Typically, most orders arrive 5-7 business days after being processed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Please note that we have no control over how long it will take for your package to be delivered once it is scanned by the post office. Bo Po Candle Co is not responsible for any shipping delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries. However, please contact us at bopohelp@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order. We want to make sure you receive the items you paid for!

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within the Montrose, MN area. If your address is eligible for free local delivery the shipping option at checkout will default to local delivery. Unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar, orders will still be processed within the 2-3 business day timeframe. You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days of placement, unless otherwise stated. Please note that orders for local delivery may not be processed or delivered on weekends or public U.S. holidays. Local delivery is contactless and may not be scheduled for a specific time or date. Local deliveries are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM. You will receive a text message to the phone number on file when your delivery is complete. Please specify in the delivery instructions if you would like your package to be left in a specific place and we will accommodate as able. If you prefer for your item to be shipped instead, standard shipping rates apply. You may select standard shipping at checkout.
