Shipping Policy

**Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping/processing announcements.**

Unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar, we process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please note that orders may not be processed or shipped on any public U.S. holidays.

Typically, most orders arrive 5-7 business days after being processed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Please note that we have no control over how long it will take for your package to be delivered once it is scanned by the post office. Bo Po Candle Co is not responsible for any shipping delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries.
