What are your candles and wax melts made of?

Wax

We use 100% all-natural soy wax in all of our candles and wax melts. This soy wax is produced from U.S. grown soybeans.

Fragrance

Our products are scented with paraben and phthalate free fragrance oils specifically formulated and tested for use in candles. Most of our fragrance oils are infused with some essential oils. All of our scented products contain customized blends of multiple fragrance oils so you receive a truly unique scent experience!

Wicks

We only use cotton wicks in our candles that are lead and zinc free.

Concrete Jars

Our hand-poured concrete jars are sealed on the inside with a non-toxic, no VOC, water-based sealer made in the United States. This sealer is approved for use in candles. 

Can I reuse my concrete candle jar or tin?

Yes! Gently remove any excess wax with a spoon and wipe out the inside with a damp paper towel. Customers have reused our concrete candle jars for succulents, pens/pencils, and more! Tins make great office supply or other small item storage. Please note: candle jars and tins should NOT be reused to hold any food or beverage items as fragrance oil and wax residue is not safe to ingest. We do not offer candle refills at this time.

How can I maximize the burn time of my candle?

Can I purchase your products in-person?

At this time, Bo Po Candle Co does not have a retail location. You can always find our products here on our website. We also attend a variety of local craft fairs and other in-person events in Minnesota. You can find our upcoming events here.
